Francis J Prestidge lost after 1939

Francis was born 9th December 1915 to Harry Prestidge and Ella Elizabeth Deacon.

Harry died in WW1 and she remarried Frank C Wood in 1922

I have them all on 1919 Register, with Francis (mistranscribed as PrestRidge) in Ampthill, Bedfordshire but no sign of him after that.
