Today we received a fourth email from virgin media asking us to update our details, which we have ignored. The one we received today told us we had been blacklisted and again asked for our details. We contacted Virgin Media and we were told that these emails were not sent from them. So please be careful and always check when asked to give your bank details even if the email has the Virgin Media logo on it.
