Re-Image...........

I downloaded Re-Image - unfortunately but soon realised my mistake. Norton was supposed to remove it and did so, apart from the pesky pop-ups. How do I get rid of these?

Any solutions, please give in simple steps - I'm not the brightest spark in computers.
