My laptop has been getting slower and slower, has had loads of "not responding" episodes and some crashes. Looking at Task Manager, I seem to have hundreds of javaws.exe*32 in the list and the CPU is showing in between 90 and 100%.
Googling (very slowly!) seems to suggest that this is some kind of malware although my malwarebytes scan yesterday didn't spot it.
I haven't done a virus scan as I don't think it would manage to complete it on current capability.
Is there a safe, straightforward way for me to remove this, or would I be better advised to take it to my computer repair shop?
